New Spice Blends Coming SOON!!!!


So since day one you guys have been asking us for the recipe for our House Dry Rub. We use this spice blend on a lot of our menu items. All of our steaks and burgers, Ahi tuna, even salmon and chicken are awesome with this stuff. We often hand out small freebies for folks to take home, but we have to guard the recipe. I have finally shared it with one other person (of course I made him sign all kinds of confidentiality agreements until his eyes bled...lol).   So after much discussion, we will be offering a new line of spices for sale in our restaurant and hopefully online. We are working with suppliers and trying to get package designs finished, and hope to have them out by early summer.

It's Tapas Thursday at the Bistro!!! Every Thursday night we have a new small plate menu. It's a great time to grab some friends, and come enjoy.

 We're back and expecting a lot of changes heading into the spring. We are growing by leaps and bounds, expanding both our restaurant and the bakery
   We will be adding a new Martini Bar at the BISTRO, featuring all top shelf liquors, a huge selection of martinis ,and custom drinks made with the freshest ingredients. We hope to have this all up and running by Easter.
